Tech-Huset has chosen to update our agreement as a supporting company for InterForce and now offers our employees who are reservists or volunteers 10 days of paid leave to participate in activities related to service in the Reserve Force.
On July 30th – right in the middle of most people’s summer holidays – Lieutenant Colonel Christian Jacob Flarup once again visited Tech-Huset to present us with a new InterForce shield.
Tech-Huset has chosen to update our agreement as a supporting company for InterForce and now offers our employees who are reservists or volunteers 10 days of paid leave to participate in activities related to service in the Reserve Force.
The Reserve Force in Denmark consists of volunteers in the Home Guard and reservists (former soldiers) who have signed a contract with the Armed Forces or the Home Guard. In addition, there are volunteers in the Coastal Rescue Service and the Danish Emergency Management Agency. Through their military service and training, reservists and volunteers gain many skills that can be transferred to the workplace.
