Tech-Huset is in a growth phase and thus works very focused on increasing turnover within the next few years. Our focus is on customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction and thus implementing measures to better measure and report on this in the future.
This is the first ESG report for Tech-Huset. The statement covers 2023.
ESG stands for Environment, Social and Governance and is a report that covers the environment and climate, social conditions and corporate behaviour.
The ESG assessment must be used to increase awareness of Tech-Huset's emissions of CO2, resource consumption and make the working environment more visible to all employees in the company.
The focus of this report is limited to scope 1 and scope 2. The report is not 3rd party verified, but consulting assistance has been sought to review the report.
E (Environment) is limited to energy consumption, water consumption and fuel consumption.
S (Social) contains the status of sickness absence and gender distribution in 2023.
G (Governance) is under development and is expected to be completed at the end of 2024 with updated versions of the GDPR and procedures for whistleblowers and bribery/corruption.
